Recently my computer crashed so i reloaded MS Office Enterprise 2007 into my computer, it says it is a correct key at the beginning and everythnig goes well, however, where I reacrive my email MS Outlook it comes up on the BAR as "This copy of Office is not Genuine." However downloaded the MS Office Genuine Advantage validation tools and it also says "GENUINE." So why is my MS Outlook comes up with the BAR as "This copy of Office is not Genuine?" In the beinging I enter my key and it activate the copy and it dowmloaded all updates and so on.expect I get this BOX that comes across my BAR above my email which says "This copy of Office is not Genuine" Can someone tell me what to do? After running the MS Office Genuine Advantage validation tools and copying the information and posting it on this note, maybe MS can tell me whats wrong.Thanks for whatever help you can provide.
